Deciding on the item size

📏 We highly recommend using measuring tape when making size decisions! Photos can be deceiving!🙃

📐 When you measure something out. please keep in mind that greenery and accents are part of an arrangement🌿

Order processing time and delivery

🎁 Everything is handmade to order and processing time can vary depending on order volume and complexity

⌚ Please always check the current estimated delivery date. (Emergency orders are an exception and will arrive before the agreed date.)💝

⏳ If you need items before estimated delivery date - please reach out. We do provide emergency services and shipping when possible.

✅ We recommend placing your order in advance! Have at least 1-2 months from estimated delivery date to your event date. This way we will have enough time in case of shipping emergencies like loss, delays, or damage.📦

Samples & DIY kits

We always recommend ordering the full-size bridal bouquet as a sample. With our 7-day “no questions asked” return policy, you’re getting the best preview without wasting your time and money on samples

✂ DIY kits are available upon request and usually cost 70% of an item price
