Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping (USA): 5โ€“8 business days (FREE over $35)
  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3โ€“4 business days
  • Express Shipping (USA): 1โ€“2 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: 10โ€“45 business days
  • International Express Shipping: 3โ€“10 business days

Delivery estimates start after your order has been fully processed, created, packaged, and handed to the carrier.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on:

  • destination
  • shipping method
  • package size and weight

Exact shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Rates may change without prior notice.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. For large international orders or very urgent event dates, please contact us before purchasing.


4. Order Processing Time

Processing time varies by listing and total amount of pending orders. It includes:

  • order verification
  • creation of handmade arrangements
  • customization and additional materials sourcing (if applicable)
  • quality check and packaging

Each listing shows an approximate processing time. Processing time is separate from the carrierโ€™s shipping time and subject to adjustment based on the factors above and other factors outside our control.

Please allow some additional time on top of the full processing time plus transit time when placing your order.


5. Emergency Service & Rush Orders

If you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery date, please message us before placing the order to confirm availability and any rush fees or shipping upgrades.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages; in that case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


7. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • severe weather or natural events
  • carrier or logistics issues
  • customs inspections
  • public holidays or strikes
  • high seasonal volume

These circumstances are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or free order cancellations. We will always do our best to support you and help you track your package.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once a package is marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier, Lush Design is not responsible for:

  • packages that are lost or stolen after delivery
  • deliveries made to the address provided at checkout
  • packages left at mailrooms, parcel lockers, or with building staff

If your package is missing after being marked delivered, you must:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and building management.
  2. Contact the carrier directly and open a missing package / theft claim.

We will assist you with documentation if needed, but we are not able to refund or replace orders that the carrier shows as delivered.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe for delivery, the customer is responsible for all delays, lost packages, and re-shipping costs.
  • Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we cannot change or update the shipping address.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping charges.
We can reship the package once at the customerโ€™s request, but all additional shipping costs must be paid by the customer before the order is resent.

Refunds for returned-to-sender packages are not guaranteed and require approval.
If a refund is approved, all shipping costs will be deducted and a 10% restocking fee will apply, in accordance with our Refund Policy.


10. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items on Arrival

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or if items are missing, you must contact us within 48 hours at lushdesignllc@gmail.com and include:

  • clear photos of the outer box with the shipping label visible
  • clear photos of any damage to the packaging
  • photos of the damaged or missing items
  • your order number

Lush Design is not responsible for damage caused in transit by the carrier, but we will help you file a claim or explore solutions. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Claims without required photographic evidence cannot be approved.


11. International Customs, Duties & Seizures

For international orders:

  • All customs fees, import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the buyerโ€™s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • Customs processing times vary by country and may significantly delay delivery. These delays do not qualify for refunds.
  • Lush Design is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the shipment from customs or the carrier, the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping charges. We can reship the package once at the customerโ€™s request, but all additional shipping costs must be paid by the customer before the order is resent.

Refunds for returned international packages are not guaranteed and require approval. If a refund is approved, all shipping costs will be deducted and a 10% restocking fee will apply, in accordance with our Refund Policy.


12. Signature Requirements / Alternate Pickup

Depending on order value, carrier, and destination, a signature may be required at delivery. If you are not available, the carrier may:

  • attempt re-delivery, or
  • redirect the package to a local pickup point.

These arrangements are determined by the carrier and do not qualify as delivery failure or a reason for refund.


13. Shipping Charges and Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout. All shipping fees (original and return shipping) are non-refundable, in line with our Refund Policy.

Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery, as outlined in our Refund Policy.


14. Oversized / Additional Shipping Charges

In rare cases, if your order exceeds the expected size, weight, or volume (such as large arrangements or multi-item orders), the actual carrier shipping cost may be higher than the amount calculated at checkout.

If this occurs, we will:

  • Contact you before shipment
  • Provide the updated carrier shipping cost
  • Request approval and payment for the difference

You may choose to:

  • Approve the additional shipping amount, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund if the item has not entered production, or
  • Cancel the order with a deduction of the standard 10% restocking fee if the item has already entered preparation or production

Orders will not be shipped until the additional shipping charges are resolved.
