❇️ We make our bouquets and arrangements using highest quality silk and dried flowers!😇

❇️ In case there is no photo of an item in the listing, there is no need to worry as it will be matched to the Bridal Bouquet on the photo (unless you ask otherwise)🥰

❇️ Photos of all items once they are done will be sent to you for confirmation! Nothing gets shipped unless you love it 🥰

❇️For example if you would like to know how different size Arrangements look like just find an "Arch |Cross |Altar |Sign" section

❇️ You can customize any item (size, color, flowers, accents). We can even make items that are not listed in options, just message us!😇💞
For example you can request groom's boutonniere to stand out from the rest of them or a dog collar décor 🤗

❇️ If you are looking for any sample(box, flower, material, bouquet, arrangement etc.) Please reach out!😇 I always recommend getting the full size Bridal bouquet as a sample, that'll give you the best understanding and since we have 7 days "no questions asked" return policy you are not risking anything but getting the most while saving $ by not purchasing smaller sample boxes etc.💕

❇️ Please be ready to confirm photos of an order within 24hrs after receiving them💕 this way we can process orders faster and ship everything in timely manner🤗💖
If we don't hear back from you during 24hr confirmation window we assume you like everything😇 and order will be shipped automatically 💖

❇️ You don't need to preserve anything! Items will stay with you forever as long as you keep them at the room temperature and don't expose them to the humidity and direct sunlight 🌸

❇️ Please use "Personalization" section to let us know your wedding date and ribbon color for suitable items, you can select twine or burlap instead of a ribbon as well 🤗
In case when we don't have a request for a specific ribbon color we will go with a default (same as listing) or our best judgment 💝

❇️ If you need your order sooner than expected delivery date - we do provide emergency services when possible. Please message us first!🤗💕
Additional rush shipping charges and emergency service fees might apply depending on the date and the order size/complexity😇

🌟 Arrangement specific Information:

❇️ When you select the "Arrangement" option, please let us know what type of arrangement it is going to be in "Personalization" section💖

❇️ List of Arrangement Types include but not limited to: Arch, Swag, Centerpiece, Table Runner, Sweetheart, Cross, Altar, Welcome Sign, Aisle Markers, Ground Arches, Arch Pillars, Fireplace Mantle, Backdrop Décor, Wall Décor, etc.

❇️ Arrangement is made as a single item, but might be split in half or multiple parts(depending on a total length) for transportation, especially when over 30" long😇 Once received - you will be able to slide parts back together effortlessly 💓

❇️ To attach arrangements to vertical or any other surface like arches or crosses we suggest to use jute twine - this way you will have maximum flexibility! You can use zip ties as well for smaller projects.

Deciding on the item size

📏 I highly recommend using measure tape when making size decisions! Photos can be deceiving!🙃

📐 When you measure something out please keep in mind that greenery and accents are part of an arrangement🌿

Order processing time and Delivery

🎁 Everything is handmade to order and processing time can vary depending on order volume and complexity
⌚ Please always check estimated delivery date (Emergency orders are an exception💝)
⏳ If you need items before estimated delivery date - please reach out. I do provide emergency services when possible.
✅ I recommend placing your order in advance! Have at least 1-2 month from estimated delivery date to your event date. This way we will have enough time in case of shipping emergencies like loss, delays or damage.📦
