🚨 Emergency Service Notice 🚨

You will need to purchase an Emergency Service if you require your order before the estimated delivery date. Express shipping may also apply.

Please add 1 Emergency Service Fee for every $500 USD of your order total.

For example:

If your order total is $450, you need 1 Emergency Service Fee.

If your order total is $800 (over $500), you need 2 Emergency Service Fees, and so on.

Our workshop is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays. We operate only during regular business days.

If we need to work outside regular business days, there is an additional $99.99 charge per non-business day, on top of the Emergency Service Fees.

💕 "Thank You | Tips" is an optional feature in case you are very happy with everything and would like to leave a tip. 🥰

Deciding on the item size

📏 I highly recommend using measure tape when making size decisions! Photos can be deceiving!🙃

📐 When you measure something out please keep in mind that greenery and accents are part of an arrangement🌿

Order processing time and Delivery

🎁 Everything is handmade to order and processing time can vary depending on order volume and complexity
⌚ Please always check estimated delivery date (Emergency orders are an exception💝)
⏳ If you need items before estimated delivery date - please reach out. I do provide emergency services when possible.
✅ I recommend placing your order in advance! Have at least 1-2 month from estimated delivery date to your event date. This way we will have enough time in case of shipping emergencies like loss, delays or damage.📦

I always recommend ordering the full-size bridal bouquet as a sample. With my 7-day “no questions asked” return policy, you’re getting the best preview without wasting money on small sample boxes
