🌟 Floor Arrangement Specific Information and FAQs

❇️ Please keep in mind that this type of arrangement has Only Front side is decorated.💞

⭐ Back will remain bare with hard foam block visible 💕 Great for situation where it is against something like a chair/wall/pillar/altar/table/stand/etc. or where nobody will be looking at it from the back 👀😇

⭐ In case you need a minimal coverage at the back of a foam block with greenery/pampas grass to make it look presentable from the back without going full décor mode - please reach out, usually that will add ~20% to the price of the arrangement 🎀

❇️ We strongly suggest to use measure tape when making any size decisions💖
Photos can be deceiving and unfortunately there is not much we can do about that 💕 so always use measure tape😇

❇️ Please keep in mind that all of the greenery, fillers and accents are part of the arrangement as well😇 Everything is measured tip to tip 💓

❇️ Arrangement that is 30" long or more will be made as a single piece, then it might be split in multiple sections (depending on the total length) for transportation. Once received - you will be able to slide parts back together effortlessly 💓

❇️ To attach arrangements to vertical surfaces like arches and especially crosses we suggest to use twine or any other rope as this way you will have maximum flexibility while doing it.
You can use zip ties as well for smaller projects.

❇️ We are a Full Service Florist 💐 That means that we can make and customize anything!💕

❇️ We can customize any item (size, color, flowers, accents) or we can make items that are not listed
We will be sending you photos of all items for confirmation! Nothing gets shipped unless you love it 🥰

❇️ Please be ready to confirm photos of an order within 24hrs after receiving them💕 this way we can process orders faster and ship everything in timely manner🤗💖
If we don't hear back from you during 24hr confirmation window we assume you like everything😇 and order will be shipped automatically 💖

❇️ We make our bouquets and arrangements using highest quality silk and dried flowers!😇

❇️ You don't need to preserve them! They will stay with you forever as long as you keep them at the room temperature and don't expose them to the humidity or direct sunlight 🌸

❇️ If you need your order sooner than expected delivery date - we do provide emergency services when possible. Please message us first!🤗💕

📏 I highly recommend using measure tape when making size decisions! Photos can be deceiving!🙃

Order processing time and Delivery

🎁 Everything is handmade to order and processing time can vary depending on order volume and complexity
⌚ Please always check estimated delivery date (Emergency orders are an exception💝)
⏳ If you need items before estimated delivery date - please reach out. I do provide emergency services when possible.
✅ I recommend placing your order in advance! Have at least 1-2 month from estimated delivery date to your event date. This way we will have enough time in case of shipping emergencies like loss, delays or damage.📦

👀 If you are looking for any sample(box, flower, material, bouquet, arrangement etc.) Please reach out!😇

I always recommend ordering the full-size bridal bouquet as a sample. With my 7-day “no questions asked” return policy, you’re getting the best preview without wasting money on small sample boxes
