⭐ Centerpieces are made with a flat hard foam block as the base.

⭐ By default they are made to sit flat on the surface so there is no need for a vase or container but you can still place them on top of a vase or a container if you wish 😇

⭐ If you would like the foam to extend into the vase/container for the better grip (especially if you plan on using them outside with a possibility of a wind) - please make sure to mention that in personalization section with the exact measurements of the inner dimensions of the vase/container💞

⭐ We do have containers for arrangements up to 25". Compote vases (default color Gold, color can be customized) and small wooden crates (default color Unfinished White Wood, can be stained or custom colored).

⭐ We are a Full Service Florist 💐 That means that we can make and customize anything!💕

⭐ You can customize any item (size, color, flowers, accents) or we can make items that are not listed
We will be sending you photos of all the items for confirmation! Nothing gets shipped unless you love it 🥰

⭐ Please be ready to confirm photos of an order within 24hrs after receiving them💕 this way we can process orders faster and ship everything in timely manner🤗💖
If we don't hear back from you during 24hr confirmation window we assume you like everything😇 and order will be shipped automatically 💖

⭐ We make our bouquets and arrangements using highest quality silk and dried flowers!😇
You don't need to preserve them! They will stay with you forever as long as you keep them at the room temperature and don't expose them to the humidity 🌸

⭐ If you need your order before the displayed "Estimated Arrival" date, we do provide emergency services if possible, please message us first!
Additional express shipping charges and expedited service fees might apply depending on the date and the order size/complexity💖

Deciding on the item size

📏 I highly recommend using measure tape when making size decisions! Photos can be deceiving!🙃

📐 When you measure something out please keep in mind that greenery and accents are part of an arrangement🌿

Order processing time and Delivery

🎁 Everything is handmade to order and processing time can vary depending on order volume and complexity
⌚ Please always check estimated delivery date (Emergency orders are an exception💝)
⏳ If you need items before estimated delivery date - please reach out. I do provide emergency services when possible.
✅ I recommend placing your order in advance! Have at least 1-2 month from estimated delivery date to your event date. This way we will have enough time in case of shipping emergencies like loss, delays or damage.📦
